Who We Are
NIPCA Immigrant Centre is a Black-led, not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting immigrants through mentorship, skill building, economic inclusion, and community integration. We work closely with Black and racialized communities to remove barriers to employment, entrepreneurship, and social participation across Canada.
Through tailored mentorship, employment supports, settlement services, and youth-focused initiatives, NIPCA helps individuals build confidence, access opportunity, and achieve sustainable outcomes. Our programs are designed to support newcomers, women, youth, and justice-involved individuals as they transition, grow, and thrive in Canada.

Mentorship & Employment Services
Through personalized mentorship, career coaching, and employment supports, NIPCA connects Black immigrants to meaningful opportunities, strengthens job readiness, and supports successful transitions into sustainable employment and long-term career advancement across diverse sectors.
Women & Youth Empowerment
Focused programs for women and youth build leadership capacity, confidence, and economic empowerment through mentorship, skills development, and targeted supports that expand opportunity, encourage participation, and foster long-term personal, professional, and community growth.
Skill Building & Skilled Trades
Hands-on training and skilled trades pathways equip Black immigrants with in-demand skills, certifications, and practical experience, enabling access to stable, well-paying careers while supporting workforce participation and long-term economic security.
Newcomer Settlement & Integration
Settlement and integration services provide newcomers with guidance, navigation, and community connections that ease transition, strengthen belonging, and support individuals and families as they establish stability and independence in Canada.
Entrepreneurship & Economic Inclusion
Entrepreneurship programs support aspiring and early-stage business owners through training, mentorship, and access to resources that encourage business creation, financial resilience, and inclusive economic participation within Black immigrant communities.
Youth Justice, Prevention & Reintegration
Justice-informed initiatives focus on prevention, intervention, and reintegration by supporting justice-involved youth with mentorship, skills development, and positive pathways that reduce recidivism and strengthen long-term community outcomes.
