We exist not just to deliver programs, but to walk alongside individuals, families, and partners as they build stability, dignity, and sustainable futures in Canada. NIPCA advances a Canada where Black immigrant communities experience belonging, economic inclusion, and equitable access to mentorship, skills, and opportunities to achieve long-term economic stability and meaningful community integration.

Our Mission

To empower immigrants through mentorship, skill building, settlement support, and economic inclusion. NIPCA Immigrant Centre delivers community-driven programs that remove barriers, strengthen pathways to employment and entrepreneurship, support women and youth, and promote prevention, justice, and successful reintegration.
